Rotor: Made from
Mild Steel and accurately machined to enable Dynamic
Balancing.
Chambers: Made of Thick Mild Steel Plates. Side
Parts: Made of good quality Cast Iron. Mild Steel is used in
case of Grinders above 15" size. Rotor is housed in the side
parts by means of heaving duty bearings.
Blades: Are H.C.H.C. (High Carbon High Chromium)
tipped with a hardness of 60 on the Rockwell C Scale. Blades
are fitted by means of high-tension bolts. Fixed Blades are
housed in the Chambers and are provided with adjusting
bolts. Also provided is a separate arrangement to lock the
blades in place and prevent their dislocation even when
subjected to heavy operating loads.
Bottom Screen: Made of Mild Steel Plate and provided
with perforated holes.
Collecting Bin: Made of Galvanized Steel.
