This Two-station Winder is
used for winding film extruded from our blow film extruders.
An Ebonite roll and a Synthetic Rubber roll are fitted. The
winder is provided with a ½ H.P.D.C. Motor and 2 nos. of ½
H.P. Torque Motors. The winder is provided with a mechanical
arrangement to adjust the tension and speed . A slitting
arrangement can be provided on the Winder. The width of the
rolls is in accordance with the maximum width of the film
that is to be extruded. |
